The company is alleging that Lansburgh Theater wants to force it out of its present home and consequently has raised its rent. A lot. Lansburgh says the company's lease was up. Lansburgh removed the case, originally filed in DC Superior Court, to federal court; the federal judge has now sent it back. Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more. |
